Why do we need a Project Manager
1. To Review the plans with the General Contractor and often with the Sub-Trades to ensure adherence to the design and the quality of installation.
2. To attend the jobsite regularly and frequently and deal with site situations,questions,concerns and conditions.
3. To submit proposals to rectify site situations.
4. To Keep track of the progress and to ensure it meets the timeline developed for the Project.
5. To track costs and negotiations on the client's behalf for prices submitted by the GC and Sub-Trades for extras and additions.
6. To ensure that all changes and additions are covered by a written change order, and approved by the Client.
7. And finally, to provide constant feedback and progress to the Client
